Programming Sprints with the Weightroom👇🏻 1. Pair Sprinting with Upper Body Strength work 2. Limit Max Effort Sprints to 3-5 reps total per session. 3. Warmups should be brief 4. Weekly split should have a day of rest before Sprint days 5. Sprint then lift



It is happening!!! Came out better than I could imagine. We can go crazy in the programming after input from our coaches. We will have a Gear 1 (FORCE), Gear 2 (Heavy Accel), Gear 3 (Light Accel), and Gear 4 (MaxV on G Unit)) to track along with 10 constant resistance loads.
