Downgrading items is easy. If you need to free up more cash just switch up on everything. Sell the watch, go back to some entry level car, ditch the designer stuff. Unless you’re top 1% insecure you can just decide to push that button overnight and quality of life barely changes It’s downgrading a mood, a wave, that wreaks perpetual havoc on your mental. Going from walkable city to cookie cutter suburbs, cha ching noises on your laptop to emails telling you to pls fix, etc If you’re simultaneously lucky and unlucky enough to have caught a vibe there’s basically no painless way to go back. Gives you no choice but to lean in or be driven to madness trying to block out the relentless memories of how the true version of you used to feel and move

“Lyndon LaRouche saw the parasitical global oligarchy from its origins, and traced how those oligarchical families were parasites on trade, first in Venice; then Holland; then England; and after that, seized control of the political system of the United States.” — Sergey Glazyev

The U.S. has never entered a prolonged war without a false flag. Just something to think about.

Life on creatine and magnesium

@StefanMolyneux because the former is involuntary and the latter is voluntary. This singular distinction completely changes whether an individual processes any difficulty as "trauma" that makes them weaker or as "fortification" that makes them stronger.

"I think it's fair to ask... are you being paid by any of the men who have been accused?" Tara Palmeri questions Michael Tracey over his stance on the Epstein scandal... Watch more!👇 📺 youtu.be/ru1p78nxIbY @piersmorgan | @mtracey | @tarapalmeri

Person I know has been described as 'skittish' since forever. She did Trauma Release Exercises (basically you tire your inner tights with exercises like the one below and it starts to shake and the whole body) and now is just... not?? anymore?? Like is out of flight-or-fight!?!? This makes me think that this whole area (not even sure what to call it... "healing"!?) is just super high-dimensional and discontinuous, and exploratory search i.e. throw spaghetti at the wall and see what sticks is the way to go. Like how can you have a problem for SO LONG people think it's your personality but then you do a 10 min exercise and it's permanently gone lmao
