@thetrainline I use your site all the time and it’s great apart from your little tick box that opens a hotel booking site every time I don’t remember to unclick it. This is annoying and you should reverse this as it’s not user friendly and detracts from an otherwise useful site

We want to apologise again for the inconvenience this has caused, but we would also like to thank all of our customers for their patience and kindness to our teams on the ground providing bottled water. It is normal to expect discolouration in these circumstances, which should clear after running your cold kitchen tap. It is also common for air to become trapped in the supply, or within the internal plumbing. If customers are still experiencing no water, then we advise to follow these simple steps to check for airlocks: 1. turn the internal stop tap on and off 3 times to release any air whilst the cold kitchen tap is running. 2. check that your external stop tap is open, if it is safe to do so. Our bottled water stations remain open; we are still making deliveries to our Priority Services customers and will provide further updates later the morning.

@SouthWestWater @AndQuietFlows Your confidence was was not that good it would seem. Still no water and another statement that really doesn’t tell anyone anything. Faults happen but the fact you cannot set proper expectations and communicate with your customers in a sensible and timely way is not acceptable.
