@peachman23 Cool, was his back fucked every other year too? Every rider out there has big injuries, Shimoda had two weeks on the bike coming into the first race off of a serious back injury and showed way more this season than kitchen. Always excuses that you don’t hear for other riders

@FunkyChicken251 If you follow the sport closely you’d know he’s had some big injuries that have slowed him down (his back is still fucked at the moment). But his technique is fantastic, if he could stay healthy his style would transition perfectly to a 450

Can anyone at all explain the Kitchen hype to me? Year after year, he underwhelms and underperforms, yet people like Steve Matthes and Lewis Phillips blow his head up like he’s one of the greatest 250 racers of all time. He’s Nate Thrasher on a Kawasaki, that’s it. Keep it real.

@mikeolson44 But if he lacks that “it” factor, why does the industry claim he’s better than Davies still?? The problem isn’t people saying he’s fast or wanting him to put it together, the issue is every year outside of his rookie, people claim he IS that guy.

@FunkyChicken251 Kitchen is way better than Thrasher lol kitchen has the speed but not the mental “it” factor to be a champion that’s the separation between him and Deegan/davies. So it’s natural for people to see if he can put a season together mentally
