In all my tests, GPT 5.4 is consistently the worst model for agentic tasks.
Lazy, stupid, never follows anything, feels like you are a baby sitter.
I don't know how OpenAI manages to make such a shitty model but this feels terrible.
I miss Opus.

This is a completely new product from Tesla. Not having that option could be a factor that prevents many people from considering one.
Offering a solid extended warranty proves to customers that you stand behind your product 100%. That kind of confidence goes a long way.

Tesla has continuously improved the Tesla Cybertruck since 2024.
The latest builds feature several changes:
✅ Improved water sealing in the truck bed
• Almost no water intrusion after heavy rain/snow
• Reduced gap between glass and trim (previous leak point)
• Better tonneau design likely prevents water from entering
✅ Quieter front motor
• No more “chirping” noise at 30–35 mph
• No cold-weather wind-like noise
• Overall noticeably quieter operation, even in demanding modes
✅ Better overall build quality (closures)
• Doors, frunk, and tonneau close more quietly
• More refined, premium feel
✅ Improved windshield clarity
• No noticeable cloudiness so far
• Likely better glass quality or manufacturing consistency

Some more changes I’ve noticed with the 2026 Cybertruck compared to 2024. I went from a 49k VIN to a 92k ⬇️ We drove all day yesterday in rain and snow, and it rained all night while parked. There’s almost no water in the bed. My previous truck would’ve been soaked, and service said they couldn’t fix it. The gap between the glass and trim piece was where water got it. Electric tape fixed that seal before, but now the gap is clearly much smaller. I think any water getting in now is rolling off the tonneau when it’s opening. Our last truck made a “chirping” sound from the front motor area around 30-35mph. Every loaner truck I got had the same sound. There was also a weird wind-like noise that came on in cold weather, and would go away in left turns. Service told people they were both normal. The new truck has had neither so far, even in cold weather. The front motor seems noticeably quieter in general, even using slippery surface or off-road mode where it’s engaged full time. All the doors, the frunk, and tonneau all close quieter. They were not bad before, just feels more premium now. The new windshield no longer appears to be cloudy so far, but I need some more sunny scenarios to be sure.

Credentials go in ~/.openclaw/.env and are only loaded by the gateway process — they're not embedded in config files or logs. The sandboxed skill execution in 3.22 adds another layer since skills run in isolated processes. Worth checking the security docs but it's not plain text in any accessible location.
