People will go buy a $450k house to “flex”. Then they spend: - 9-10 hours a day at the office - 2-3 hours commuting for work - 1-2 hours a day at the gym Time spent awake & in their expensive home? …~12% of the day.

@jonbrooks I can confirm for Gulf coast of Florida, I moved and bought a house at market peak for $3700 mortgage and can rent in better neighborhoods or closer to the water for 2-2500. So I can’t sell my house or rent it. I never even thought yo compare rent vs mortgage at the time

You can rent the same house for $2,500… Or buy it for $4,000. This is why demand isn’t “weak” It’s gone.

I fell off my physical exercise and health goals. Life gets busy but there is always time. Goal is also 20-22 visits per month of quality planned workouts. It 100% effected my husband/father/career productivity when I’m not exercising

Last night I did an experiment. I unplugged my WiFi, turned off ALL devices in my room & disabled WiFi on my phone. Last night was the first time in as long as I can remember I did not wake up once. No conclusions can be drawn from one night of this. But I did this because I have been battling some light sickness & I wanted to recovery ASAP due to being on week 8 of my peptide protocol & now being in arguably the best shape of my life rn. So it’s important to me that I get back to feeling better ASAP. Woke up this morning feeling like a million bucks. Recently had seen some posts about plants not being able to grow in a WiFi active environment… So just wanted to give it a try. Coincidence that I got the best sleep I have in years? Maybe. But we will keep this experiment going & I will follow up here with details.

@CoachRolfes Packed schedule! That 5-7 AM stretch sets the tone for the rest of the day! When I miss that portion I 100% see a difference.

Typical routine as a dad of 4: 5:00 am – Wake up, stretch, hydrate 5:15 am – Pray 5:20 am – Read Scripture 6:00 am – Journal 6:10 am – Workout 6:45 am – Breakfast -eggs + greek yogurt 7:05 am – Get ready 7:15 am – Kiss my wife and kids 7:20 am – Work 3:40 pm – Pick up kids 4:00 pm – Play outside 5:00 pm – Make dinner 5:30 pm – Pray + family dinner 6:30 pm – Family time / sports 7:30 pm – Bedtime routine 8:00 pm – Pray + read with kids 8:15 pm – Relax 8:30 pm – Clean up + talk with wife 9:30 pm – Shower, read, bed Life is full. Wouldn’t change a thing.
