@sunil_trades They are deliberately delaying KYC approvals for Bahamas customers so we’re forced to sell our claims OTC to third parties. I’ve completed my KYC a long time ago, yet my application has remained stuck in “pending review” ever since. This is heartbreaking. 😣😣😣

@sunil_trades I'm still not kyc, every 3~4 months they ask infos, tell me they will message me if more needed and ask more infos just before the next distribution, so epic how this is managed, satisfaction is truly the main goal, I'm so happy.
