Bro i queued up NA offstream. Ran into a GM player Lost game because of team diff I soloed him 2-3 times in first 7 minutes and I checked his OPGG AND HE WAS CHALLENGER 1K LP FOR LIKE 7 MONTHS ON THIS REGION WHAT I THOUGHT HE WAS GM PEAK AT BEST. I will go next the west is doomed

100% correct. They function the same but are setup differently
Staggers are midchase and have point of impact at different areas. Slingshots are on the same point of contact/area.

While you're not wrong, staggered is already defined by us when we hit it mid chase. Yes, it can be categorized as a stagger but when we hit it on the gen it's a slingshot. If we hit it mid chase the alignment of the birds are actually more "staggered" than a gen hit.
