Per my response from above. I wouldn’t have drew my weapon. Personally. I don’t think this warranted a shooting. Policy and law are not the same thing. This falls in a legal grey zone IMO. My dad witnessed armed men in masks and fatigues pull people out of vehicles and shoot civilians without caring about bystanders. He also fought against those people. They were the Khmer Rouge

Citizens question : She has proven that she’s ok running into people she disagrees with by her behavior. Traffic control: I’m assuming you are not formally educated in Law Enforcement laws and Regs. That’s ok. If any officer, federal or state or city or county or constable, you have to obey a lawful order. A vehicle is considered a lethal weapon if used as one. Probable cause is punching the gas in the direction of a person or impacting the person. I personally would not have shot her in this situation. I would have perused criminal charges and a long prison sentence, and the removal of custody of her child.
