Over 25,000 residential units are currently planned surrounding Yonge and Eglinton in Midtown Toronto, including towers up to 70 storeys.

Over 30,000 residential units are currently planned along TTC Line 4 (Sheppard) in North York. A look at what’s in the pipeline:

@FutureModelTO GO/MX needs to move Oriole GO station north so that there's a much closer interchange with Sheppard Line 4, as well as making the interchange a single name - Leslie. Enough with the GO stations with different names than their subway interchange stations.

More than 3,500 residential units are planned surrounding the Leslie and Sheppard intersection, including towers up to 52 storeys. The area is served by Leslie Station and nearby Oriole GO Station.

Over 15,000 residential units are planned surrounding the Stockyards at Keele and St Clair, which will be served by the future St. Clair–Old Weston GO Station.
