A bombshell audio circulated today of what appears to be a private conversation between a journalist and the preacher, Apostle Batsirai Java. Java, who has since denied it’s him on the audio, is heard recounting details of a recent conversation with his brother, Passion Java, the self-styled prophet. Batsirai reveals that Passion recently had a sit-down with the controversial businessman Kudakwashe Tagwirei, who disclosed his grand business plans. Great News 👏 | The notorious fuel thief was apprehended this morning at around 4am following a coordinated response. He is currently being held at CID Marlborough, where investigations are ongoing. He had been terrorising residents of Marlborough, Mt Pleasant, and Northwood for some time by targeting parked vehicles during the early hours of the morning when most people were fast asleep. In a recent incident at around 2am, he nearly managed to steal more than 70 litres of fuel. However, the homeowner was alerted after the alarm system went off, which disturbed the suspect and forced him to flee the scene in a hurry by jumping over the perimeter wall. He left behind several items, including a siphon pipe, a fuel container, a ladder, a pair of shoes, and even a knife. Shockingly, the suspect reportedly returned to the same property around 5am in an attempt to recover the items he had left behind. However, the homeowner remained alert and confronted him again, successfully preventing him from retrieving the items. The homeowner also managed to take note of key details of the suspect’s getaway vehicle. It was described as a white kombi with the registration number AHG 4238. Well done, @PoliceZimbabwe 👏
