8 months ago, I tried to end my life. I genuinely didn’t think things would get better… Turns out, I was wrong, and today I’m celebrating completing 5 marathons in 5 days, raising over £10,000 for the mental health charity that helped save my life 😊

Evri are the worst delivery company ever. Parcel delivered today and thankfully they posted a photo to play Hunt the parcel. Found it in a neighbours back garden! Brilliant. Brown paper packaging and it was soaking. Brand new clothing for Christmas presents. #evriareshite

@marksandspencer has anyone had problems with a clothes delivery to store. I made an order last month for a set day , it was delayed and I got a refund due to being on holiday, then this month another delivery and it’s been delayed again . What’s happening M&S?

@schuhHELP ordered shoes to be delivered this week for a birthday tomorrow. They attempted delivery on Monday I contacted fed Ex to deliver today, worked from home and they haven't arrived and the birthday is tomorrow! Help!

@currys I don’t really want to message all my details I don’t understand why if I buy something from you , I then have to deal with getting it repaired/replaced when my contract was wih you and not Vax. Surely you have a company policy on faults under a year old.

@currys I purchased a vax cordless vacuum in November 2024, it’s now not turning on, took it back to curry’s and they have said I deal with Vax myself, surely my contract is with Curry’s since they sold it 7 months ago.

@G2000_Gee Hi there, thank you for reaching out. You are able to still view your booking on the app, if you have booked through a travel agent. All you need to do if log out of your myJet2 account and then add your booking whilst still been logged out. Thanks, Gemma

@jet2tweets, when you book through the travel agent why can't you see your booking on the app when you put in your booking number? You can with Tui.

@marksandspencer a huge thank you to one of your staff members in the Edinburgh M&S cafe who today helped my mum when she lost her glasses, this employee found them, Kept them safe for my mum when she returned to the store to look for them when tracing her steps. Many thanks!

@BBCScotlandNews He clearly hasn’t had to watch a family member waste away in a care home bed , not knowing anyone or being in constant pain. Horrendous. My gran cried most days saying she wanted to die and not waste away in a bed.

@FirstinGlasgow The old bus tines were so easy to remember as they were the same tine every hour . New timetables are 8mins past one hour then the next it's 11 mins past and the next it's 13 mins past. This is no use for many people who don't have the app! Ridiculous service.

@G2000_Gee Thanks for the info on this. Your number would still remain active on your current SIM card and this can't be changed by a third party. If you do start to receive more concerning calls/messages, we can look at changing the number for you if needed - Harry

@tescomobile I e changed all my passwords but my Tesco account when I changed the password sent out a text to my phone with a code to use and just a bit worried.

@tescomobile Especially when you get one time passcodes for accessing banking and other apps etc sent to your mobile, it’s got me a bit worried .
