@GrowingUpRetro almost every time. There was always at least one song that got skipped so often you knew the count (three Mississippi with my finger in the ff button usually worked out).

I felt like this was every cassette I bought when I was a kid. One good song, maybe two.

@TraditionSarah Nope. Consider a mist bottle with distilled water to get the seams flat. It is not quite steam setting, much nicer finish. Make sure the iron is set on the right temp- hotter is flatter and faster :)

Sewing friends- if my iron is having a hard time pressing my seams flat; is it because I have a cheap crappy iron?

@WovenDimensions The local news station affiliates here have newscasters dressed in what could charitably be described as “clubwear” with the coordinating make up, hair and nails. I cannot take them seriously at any hour.

Did a quick click thru of the early morning local news here in Indianapolis this morning....good lord lady anchors....you ALL need a new hair style and one that makes you NOT look like you just crawled out of bed...They were ALL bad...

It’s the favorite’s birthday-Harry is looking…sparse. Still no shoes on the little girl and looking disheveled as always. It’s obviously NOT her fault, she’s a kid-but her mother makes sure her hair is fine, makeup applied, and angles angled. In January 2007, during my first Afghanistan deployment, I lost my flip-flops. After two weeks of wearing MRE bags as shower shoes, I bought a pair of men's size 9 Crocs at the PX. They were a size too small, but they became a rugged combat staple that I'm still wearing today. My Two Frontline Essentials: In a combat zone, you quickly learn which gear is worth its weight. For me, there were two indispensable items: my woobie and this pair of Crocs. From the Sandbox to the States: After losing my initial shower shoes, I improvised with MRE bags until I could hit the PX. All they had left were men’s size 9s—a size too small—but I bought them anyway. That began an incredible journey. I wore those Crocs through my first 15-month deployment. They doubled as shower shoes, saw combat, and even survived numerous sprints to the bunker during indirect fire. They went with me on a second 12-month deployment to Afghanistan and stayed on my feet for the next 3 years while in the military stateside. Old Faithful: When I transitioned to civilian life, they never left my feet. They’ve been my go-to for: Hiking and biking Swimming and shopping Trimming and landscaping Mowing the lawn (every week) The Next Chapter: It’s been 19 years and 5 months, and I still use them every single day. They have molded to my feet so perfectly that nothing else compares. The soles are finally worn so thin that a hole is about to wear all the way through. I'm going to push them to the 20-year mark, and then it will finally be time to start a new chapter with a fresh pair! 😂 No, im not a Croc salesman. 😂

Can someone explain why Meghan insists on putting up pictures for a child’s birthday when the picture shows Harry and Meghan and the back of a head… more attempts at trying to be royal because this is what the wales family does. One of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen.
