@KR_AS_H Hi Nicole, we are so sorry to hear you didn't receive your package! When orders are delivered to the incorrect address, we want to give the carrier time to correct any errors. If you don't receive it within 48 hours of the delivery scan, you can file a claim at that time.

@Gap please review your policies. I received notification that my order was delivered. I checked front door and the garage door. It was not there. The proof of delivery pic is of a building's mailroom... somewhere, NOT my house. Why do I have to wait 48 hours to submit a claim?

@OnTrac_Shipping I'm not sure what to do. I have multiple cases with your company, but drivers put packages literally in snowbanks and under cars. Chatting on the tracking site is useless. There is a shoveled, salted walk with porch and sign that says to deliver there.

@Gap explain to me how refund request for an order that LaserShip never received gets denied by The Retail Equation and that is the final decision. The tracking clearly shows LaserShip did not receive the items. This makes absolutely no sense.
