@AmazonHelp - I spoke to someone back on Feb. 20 regarding an email I got about returning an incorrect item, which I did not. The rep I spoke to assured me I wouldn't be charged and I just got an email notifying me I was charged 🤬

@OXO do you provide warranty replacements? I bought a OXO Compact Folding Dish Drying Rack from Target back in August and with all of the washing I do to it because soap scum gets trapped in it, the silver paint wore off.
