I paid for items I NEVER received—3 failed deliveries, no proof, no accountability. This feels like being scammed and I’m exhausted chasing this. @Gap please resolve this. @BetterBusinessBureau @FTC

Now my claim has been REJECTED. I’ve called multiple times and keep getting transferred between departments with no resolution. @Gap @BetterBusinessBureau @FTC

At this point I asked for a refund. I was told to wait 2 days and file a claim online instead of calling. I followed instructions exactly. @Gap @BetterBusinessBureau @FTC

I called again and was assured signature delivery would fix it. On April 13, I got a “delivered” notification—again no signature, no proof, no package. @Gap @BetterBusinessBureau @FTC

I contacted customer service and was refunded + reorder placed on March 27. The second order was ALSO marked delivered with no proof. Still nothing received. @Gap @BetterBusinessBureau @FTC

@SOzpercin33828 @Gap this is unacceptable. I ordered jeans that were never delivered, not once, but three times, even after requesting signature delivery. I filed a claim and now my refund has been rejected. I paid for items I never received. Please fix this. @GapInc @FTC @BBBCentralVA
