France will only respond in three days to the request to remove the block. So ruining the holiday. Now having to pay through the nose for another car hire company. Lady on the desk was so rude just pushing our licenses back at us!!

Absolutely disgusting treatment by Europcar. Turned up at Sydney airport on holiday of a lifetime to be told I cannot pick up the car due to being on a watchlist. Only ever issue was with a car break in a number of years ago that was sorted satisfactorily.
@EastMidRailway great customer service as usual dumping passengers already delayed for 2 hours at Derby to wait for another delayed train to Sheffield. Shameful service.

@RadissonHotels Your app has overcharged me for a non-refundable stay and now the hotel won’t honour the rate I signed up to and for which I have screenshot evidence. I had even rung Radisson to confirm the rate prior to booking! This feels very much like #FalseAdvertising
Booked Ryanair to Palma on 17 Oct at 06:30. They’ve moved the flight to 11am which gets us to Majorca too late for our event. Not offering a refund or anything. @ryanair@simoncalder
