Sees not 1, but 2 kangaroos within my first 4 hours in Brisbane. Goal achieved, I can go home now. Whatever happens at Blackall 100km next weekend is just a bonus 😅😂

hello everyone, i haven’t posted a tunnel hill update in awhile because i’ve been fighting injury in my sciatica & glute however, i’m staying aerobically fit by cycling 15-16 hours per week on zwift & racing almost everyday idk what’s up with my body this year 😅lol

I have been injured most of summer. Rather than cross train and stay fit, I took the first longer break of my career. Yesterday, I finished Race Tekapo Half Marathon in NZ and it was my long runs in months. The views were epic, the coffee is great, and I’m finally pain free 🎉

Sometimes I forget this app exists, but here’s my 2025 update: I recently took over as Merrell Trail Team Manager, have finished Tarawera 100M, Southern States 200, Cocodona 250, won Moosehead Marathon & Franklin Mountain 30k, and passed 3.5 years sober. Life is good 🙏🏿

Thank God for running. Stayed up too late last night scrolling. Feeling lonely. Unloveable. Untouchable. Got up with the sun and put in 10k. Put a little weight on the gas pedal and found the machinery responsive. Feeling so much better. Running IS healing. #grateful
