George Simion lost an election in Romania yesterday that he should have won. What happened? My thoughts (2 min read): We’re obviously all dissatisfied with the election yesterday. There were many things that led up to the results but there’s a greater underlying problem in both Europe and America—fear mongering. I no longer understand how people keep voting for the left. Not the center-left of a bygone era—but the modern left, hollowed out and weaponized, marching under the banner of progress while destroying everything sacred. These are not reformers. They are erasers—of God, of family, of history, of nationhood. They sneer at faith. They mock fatherhood. They mutilate children. They flood borders with cheap foreign labor and criminals. They rewrite the past, control the present, and demand you submit in silence while they manufacture a future where nothing is true and everything is permitted. Today’s left is animated by a fundamentally different vision of the human person—one that severs individuals from history, community, and truth. It reduces us to atomized consumers, obedient to technocratic rule and hostile to transcendence. And yet millions run into its arms. After decades of lies, of cultural collapse, of spiritual rot, the system offers nothing but managed decay—and the people cling to it. Like slaves who’ve grown to love their chains. They flee toward those who hate them—toward policies and parties that mock their history, dismantle their communities, and teach them to be ashamed of their ancestors.
