How comfortable would you be with buying a 21-24 Chevy/GMC with the 6.2 motor? Wife needs a new vehicle and I really don’t want to buy a brand new one. Reposts appreciated.

@MaxROIFarmer @USNavy Honestly, it can be hit or miss. If I’m only going for a few days, I’ll stay on base if most convenient. Anything longer I’ll push for downtown. It’s getting easier to stay off base because on base has raised their rates because they’re no longer subsidized by other funding.

If you are traveling and have access you can get a really nice room on a lot of DoW bases. $100/night here and the staff was noticeably polite and accommodating. Cheap and tax free. Check it out. @USNavy NEXCOM runs this one.

Joe Gibbs Racing has amended its complaint against Chris Gabehart, adding Spire Motorsports as a defendant. Additionally, JGR is seeking a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction that states Gabehart must "cease and desist working or performing any services for Spire similar to those he provided to JGR for the 18 months following February 9, 2026."
