@Articulate Hi , This is Gaurav Kapoor from Samsung India. We have been chasing for Articulate licenses delivery for past 2 weeks via our partner Sonata Software in India. It's extremely sad to say that the response rate is very poor. Please immediately look into it.

Extremely unprofessional way of handling customer's complaint. I am getting NO response from anyone... PLEASE HELP!!

@SamsungIndia @Samsung My request no. is 4422301085. TV has been collected by the engineer but no receipt has been given. Despite multiple attempts through customer care, I received NO support. Neither there is any message or email I have received confirming the receipt.
