@GKerro @jontechs @hydra468 You’re harping on “chance”and assuming chance isn’t involved everything. A farmer buys seeds and plants them hoping for a great harvest. There is a “chance” that doesn’t happen. There is a “chance” pests get to them. There’s a “chance” drought hits. Is he a gambler?

@Kingfrog25 @jontechs @hydra468 Yeah buying stocks is gambling. Look at it today. Its incredibly chaotic. Unless you have insider knowledge the risks are too great. Stock market hates instability. Its why people shift to things that are more stable like gold or silver during times of uncertainty.

Understanding the company could be gone at any moment. It is no different. Further more ppl buy non PSA 10s or raw still

@Kingfrog25 @jontechs @hydra468 Sorry but unless you can guarantee the PSA rating of a card before you send it in. You do not have any control of that at all. Its a giant xfactor variable that you cant mitigate. Understanding the market does not guarantee you a buyer either.

@GKerro @jontechs @hydra468 It’s not at all a gamble as it is a deductible expense. Appropriate book keeping and proper understanding of the market/what you are buying is absolutely risk mitigation.

@hydra468 Paying the interest on that loan for the six months waiting to get them back. Paying the PSA finders fee of thousands of dollars if they grade your card well enough. Finding buyers who will give you top dollar. List goes on.

@minimumstudiogm Its a really fun game. You got to pick your gender and weapon. The story was very choose your own adventure but its fun and the animation was very stylish. Its a PS1 game you should check it out. (I think its also on the switch)

@SocTransitLover 30 degrees is uncomfortable warm AND brings insects. -30 brings only cold. I can be cozy at home at -30. At +30. Its still uncomfortable at home. And even worse outside

Anybody who has experienced real winter knows that if you layer up, -30 is fine
