@RonDeSantis Any thoughts on the two Missouri Parks? Kauffman and Busch both fly under the radar imo .. with Kauffman having modern aesthetics that actually work and Busch with a great downtown location and fans that love baseball more (arguably) than any other market?

There are a lot of people who live in SWFL who spend the summer up in Lake Geneva. I’ve been there and it’s pretty.
