Liz from @ShelterGM talks about how they've been able to offer something different, a 2nd, 3rd 4th chance if needed. Nobody ever 'failed', we just hadn't found the right approach for that individual. The partnership was always there to try something new. #APlaceToCallHome

Kim and Jayne from @TheBrickWigan talk about how people they've worked with have benefited from the personalised and asset based support offered, and the amazing results they've achieved. #APlaceToCallHome

Sean and Francis have both been able to sustain their tenancies with the support from @MyGreatPlace and @TheBrickWigan who've also gone above and beyond, considering even the smallest details to support each person they've worked with #APlaceToCallHome

We've ensured we've not just found people accommodation, but a place where they can succeed. David talks about how @MyGreatPlace have given him the tools to build for the future. #APlaceToCallHome

The Peer Mentor service at @ShelterGM has supported many of the people we've worked with. Having someone with lived experience for participants to talk to and open up about the challenges they have faced has been vital. Rachel talks about the programme and the success they've had
