I have spent a good part of my career just getting people to believe this was actually happening. Now we are here. With 15 drones, you can lose roughly 1/4 of the B-52 force as it sits idle on the ground. This was always the most concerning scenario. Time to move to hardening. It says "Show us proof you're a real American citizen (like a birth certificate or passport) when you sign up to vote." It's not a fee to vote — it's asking for a paper that says who you are, kind of like showing your school ID to get lunch.Lots of people already have those papers for free or super cheap (some places give birth certificates for little or no money if it's for voting). And there's no rule saying "pay us money right now or you can't vote." It's more like needing shoes to play outside — you might have to find or get the shoes, but nobody's charging you a ticket fee at the door just to play.So it's not a poll tax because there's no direct payment required to vote — it's about proving you're allowed in the game, not buying your way in.

@GSTR_X @Breaking911 Why are you ignoring that I directly explained to you how the required documents that are proposed to be needed in the save act would cost people in order for them to vote. That is a direct poll tax. Instead of disputing what I say to you, you just call me stupid.

The 24th Amendment bans direct poll taxes which are fees charged specifically to vote, like Jim Crow-era cash tolls. SAVE Act doesn't do that. It requires proof of citizenship (e.g., birth certificate, passport, naturalization papers) for federal voter registration. There is no new fee for registering or voting itself. Calling it a "modern poll tax" to evoke Jim Crow, is absolute hyperbole. Everyday costs (gas to polls, time off) aren't poll taxes either. Laughable rhetoric from the opposition to be honest... 24th amendment isn't based off of your warped opinion perspective.
