The marketing for GTA 6 is a disaster. To all the "experts" saying "it doesn't need marketing, it will sell anyway" or "the marketing is amazing," I don't see how it’s amazing. In 3 years, we’ve only had 2 trailers and some images. No posters in the streets, nothing in stores, and the cover reveal was clearly underwhelming compared to GTA 5. It’s 2026; Rockstar has a massive budget compared to 2013, and the game is much bigger. Yet, we’re nowhere near the level of hype they delivered 13 years ago. @rockstationonx Opening pre-orders before the real marketing push feels backwards to me. The community hype was already there, and Rockstar could’ve built on it with trailers, previews, and gameplay to drive even more pre-orders. Instead, it feels like they expected the hype alone to do the work

Seeing a lot of people talking about how poor the GTA 6 marketing has been. Rockstar just haven’t shifted gears yet. Pre-orders were nice, but let’s come back to this conversation in a few months time when everything is full steam ahead. I guarantee you, we are in for the greatest marketing for a game that’s ever been seen.

Will be jumping into the GTA Online Kortz Center Heist update tomorrow. I really hope this is the last hurdle before we finally get to see GTA 6 Trailer 3. The build up to this trailer has been brutal. I’m hoping we will see it within the next 6 weeks.

All of these details combined add up to create an immersive and engaging open world. Obviously in isolation they aren’t world shattering, it’s them all put together which is what makes the RDR2 experience. Idk how people don’t understand this.

سُنّة روكستار السيئة للأسف. قلتها بالفيديو السابق، ليس فقط تسعيرة 80 دولار راح تغير صناعة الألعاب، بل كل القرارات اللي اتخذتها روكستار مع هاللعبة راح تفتح المجال لكل الألعاب الأخرى.

With how high GTA 6 is in the searches right now. Trailer 3 would just blow everything out the water. The views across platform would be insane. Rockstar really like Thursdays at the moment for this game, and I’m praying it comes this week. Let’s just hope they want to keep the momentum running until they start talking about the online update.

@SynthPotato I don’t know why, but I don’t want there to be many modes. I feel like optimizing 1 mode is better + I don’t want to choose performance mode for a lower resolution nor lower npc density.

I have a gut feeling that GTA 6 will ship with a performance mode, there have been a lot of signs towards it and I am really hopeful Rockstar's genius engineers will manage to have the game run at 60FPS

@GTAVI_NerdAlert People think it’s just a filter, but if you analyse the screenshot, everything points towards it just being ridiculously hot. If you look in the sky, there are hardly any clouds. The ground looks dry and dusty, and the foliage looks dry

I really think this could be our first proper evidence of dynamic seasons and climate in GTA 6. You can tell just from these shots, it looks way hotter in the new screenshot. Weather actually affecting the world and how the characters behave in it has long been rumoured. I’m still waiting for them to show the World when it’s raining or during a thunderstorm.
