What $1.1 million gets you for An Apartment in NYC

@StephenMoore TSA workers average about $50,000 a year and they are working without pay. NYC spends $81,000+ a year on a homeless person. Where's the equity in that!

People who are gasping at this are missing out on the greatest feature of this apartment. There’s a tenant communal area that’s the main feature. It’s called New York City and it’s amazing. You can meet new people every single day, great food (some of it free), art installations, theater, literature, networking, jobs, walk everywhere, and the entire place is like a free gym. There’s a new commie landlord who may become a problem but we’ve survived worse.

A white woman lies about who raped her and an innocent Black man went to jail for 16 years. While he's in jail she writes a book about it and makes millions. She should be charged with perjury. #DemsUnited

Japanese PM Sanae Takaichi's reaction as Trump says "Who knows better about surprise than Japan? Why didn't you tell me about Pearl Habour?" Undoubtedly the worst American diplomatic gaffe in post-war US-Japan history.

There's no break in MAGA. Trump's approval with MAGA GOP is literally 100%. 90% of MAGA GOP approve of US military action in Iran. Those who disapprove of Trump are not MAGA at this point. Importantly: MAGA makes up the same share of voters as it did when Trump won in 2024.

A Kuwaiti analyst openly criticized Gulf policy toward Washington after the latest strikes, saying the region paid billions for influence and received nothing in return. He pointed directly to Jared Kushner, noting that Gulf money flowed heavily into his orbit, yet the same states that financed those channels still ended up facing strikes and pressure. His conclusion was appeasing Zionist interests and trying to buy leverage in Washington has produced humiliation, not protection. Gulf governments, he argued, must rethink the entire strategy of trying to influence the United States through money while being expected to serve Israel’s regional agenda.

PPI components that map over to PCE suggest another firm PCE print for February … nearly every category saw an increase

On the Strait of Hormuz we've gone from: 1. Don't need help 2. We need help 3. Why aren't folks helping? 4. Helps on the way 5. Not telling you who is helping 6. Helps not actually on the way but we don't need it anyway 7. We may just abandon it and leave it to everyone else
