BREAKING: Trump disrespects fallen soldiers at Dover – Wears "USA" golf cap, fiddles with jacket during dignified transfer! Imagine if Obama did that!
Donald Trump showed up at Dover Air Force Base today for the dignified transfer of six U.S. service members killed in his unauthorized Iran war – and turned one of the most solemn presidential duties into a tacky fashion faux pas.
The president attended the ritual wearing a white "USA" golf cap, looking down and fiddling with his jacket like he was bored listening to one of his minions speak, completely distracted from the gravity of honoring fallen heroes.
This is the HEIGHT of disrespect: families grieving their loved ones killed in Trump's oil-grab adventure, and the commander-in-chief can't even bother to remove his golf cap or focus on the moment.
Imagine the MAGA meltdown if Obama had done this – they'd scream "disrespectful," "unpatriotic," and demand impeachment. But for Trump? Crickets from the right, while he shrugs off more deaths as "the way it is."
The dignified transfer is sacred protocol, a somber act for any president. Trump didn't speak, per tradition, but his casual attire and distracted demeanor screamed volumes. With six troops already dead in this endless war – no congressional approval, shifting excuses from nukes to oil – this photo captures the heartlessness at the top.
While Pope Leo slams the war as "immoral" and intelligence warns of homeland threats blocked by the White House, Trump treats fallen soldiers like a photo op.
Let’s think about this. Here’s a man who calls dead soldiers "losers" behind closed doors, sends them into the heart of harm’s way without a second thought, and now disrespects them in public. Yet he is the great leader to a third of his purposely blind flock of followers.
Enough of this guy! If Trump's golf-cap disrespect at the Dover dignified transfer boils your blood – and the GOP apoplexy if Obama had done it – please like and share.

@mOkapendi Don't give a fuck basically, you could be standing on your ass, and still would not matter, Namibians we are really lazy at thinking, when others are being creative to generate income, you are there asking stupid rhetoric, why don't you jump from there,NBC will tell us in minutes

@Matrouser @Dangerousgroun2 Police should not respond violently to any situation, unless only in they can't do otherwise and minimum force can be used, I said it here before that we have a very unprofessional police force, even their top brass were unbecoming last weekend during their operation
English

@Dangerousgroun2 He might have done something wrong. Police officers can’t just beat someone without that person having committed an offence.😏😂

Hon. Venaani said it well and loud. This is exactly why we need strong opposition parties. He truly fits the role of an Opposition leader, unlike IPC, I hardly see IPC MPs anywhere 😭.
Even the Prime Minister cannot argue like that. He might hold similar views internally, but his position (Appointed ) does not allow him to speak so freely.

Does the Government consider it appropriate for the First Gentleman, who holds no official position, to publicly explain and defend Executive policy decisions on petroleum governance on behalf of the Presidency? Can the Prime Minister clarify whether the First Gentleman was authorised to speak on behalf of the Government, and if so, under what legal authority? @NamPresidency @ngurare

When President Nandi-Ndaitwah stood before the nation in April 2025, she announced “free tertiary education.” Not subsidised. Not “a step closer.” Free.
Ten months later, the Prime Minister tells students at NUST that the dream of free education is “a step closer” while the official programme is called the “Subsidised Tertiary Education Funding Model.”
Words matter. Families made financial decisions based on the President’s announcement. Students enrolled believing their education would be free.
The IPC supports expanding access to education. But tell Namibians exactly what is covered, what is not, what the budget ceiling is, and when if ever tertiary education will actually be free as the President promised. @NewEraNewspaper @ngurare @NamPresidency

The Namibian police, during a special operation tonight, found a motorist who damaged his vehicle after hitting a rock placed on the B1 road by a security guard at the B1 City Mall.
The guard was blocking the entrance lane, designated for entry only, to prevent vehicles from exiting against traffic amid long queues.
The motorist, who had used the entrance to bypass the queue, later confronted the guard, blaming him for the damage

When a company threatens to fire employees unless government grants more quotas, that's not job creation it's extortion. And let's remember who we're talking about SWAPO Party owns Gendev Fishing Resources. So when Gendev threatens retrenchments to pressure for quotas, exactly whose interests are being served?
The workers who are owed N$17 million in unpaid wages, or the political shareholders?

if we remain stuck on a simple issue like starlink...
the 20th century belonged to countries with resources and factories.
the 21st century belongs to countries with connectivity and capability. Namibia can be a 21st-century success story if we embrace technology now. Not in 10 years. Now. we need to to get with the program

I am a young girl of 26 years who got married in December.
My husband told me he was 34 years old when we were dating. Today, I was going through his file and documents and saw his passport where his birth year was stated as 1972.
This means he is 51 years old.
I have been crying since I stumbled on this. When I confronted, he said age is just a number and that he didn't know he was up to 51 years old. Can you imagine?
In 10 years, he will be 61 years old while I will be 36 years. He has apologised but will I ever forgive myself for making this type of mistake?
I rejected a 37 year-old man, 51 year-old man deceived me and married me. Will I ever forget about this? Should I go for a divorce? I never planned for this type of life. Not that he is rich, I only married him to build with him.
