The practice of having CIA/FBI officials on TV to provide "expert" commentary on news stories they themselves played roles in is serious journalistic malpractice and the cable channels have been doing it for years.
Report released from my office today shows Philly has most weaknesses in internal controls over financial management of any of the largest 10 U.S. cities. This led to $924 million in accounting errors and $33 million of missing funds. This needs to be addressed with urgency
