Sommie, we're mutuals, and I must say that on this particular topic, you really don't have an adequate grasp of it. I've read everything you've written on this subject, including your conversations with Wizarab, not just the particular tweet I'm quoting, and honestly, you've been shifting the goalposts. A woman who has her life together has not done anything extraordinary. She's simply doing what every responsible adult should do. Before replying to this post, I took my time to read more about a high-value woman, and honestly, it's quite obvious you don't have a solid grasp of the concept. For example, you said, "A woman who owns a hair salon but doesn't have a website..." Any woman who owns a hair salon but doesn't have a website is not a high-value woman. You started this whole conversation with "invest in me, invest in me." High-value women don't necessarily need a man to invest in them. They are self-sufficient, financially included. If you're so obsessed with a man investing his money in you, then you're not high value. Besides, there is nothing special about a woman owning a business or having a job. Do we go around applauding every man simply because he has those things? A high-value woman adds value to her man, not just receives from him. She brings value to the table; she isn't a liability looking for someone to invest in her. Some qualities of a high-value woman include: strong character and integrity, emotional maturity and accountability, financial responsibility and the ability to support herself, loyalty and consistency in relationships, intelligence and good judgment, self-respect and respect for others, good communication and conflict-resolution skills, discipline and a growth mindset, kindness, empathy, and generosity, and the ability to positively contribute to the lives of those around her. If we go by your definition of a high-value woman, then every man is automatically high value. You mentioned having a man who owns a block industry and bringing customers to him because you have engineer friends. How does that correlate with the "invest in me" argument you started with? If you're truly high value, you shouldn't only be getting customers for him; you should also be able to contribute financially to the business if necessary. A simple Google search will show you that the women commonly recognized as high-value women in Nigeria are very few, people like Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Ibukun Awosika, Tara Fela-Durotoye, etc. If you're going to raise conversations like this, be prepared to back your claims with facts, not just throw words around. I also saw where you said you muted the post. If you're convinced you've made your points well and have the facts to address people's questions, why mute it? I've followed all your tweets on this topic, and I honestly think you've been trying to make amends for your initial tweets while attempting to make them sound more convincing. I'm open to having more conversations on this.

A high-value woman is like a moving train. She has her stuff together. She isn’t moved by fancy trips etc. When you come into her life, you either add value to it or bounce out. Y’all keep pushing the narrative that it’s all about money, but you’re missing the whole point. Making cute memories is cool, but we are not shallow-minded. For example, she runs a hair business and you, as a man, notice she doesn’t have a website for it. So you decide to create one for her. The issue is that most of y’all date mid girls, and it shows that’s why there’s so much drag. It’s not one-sided. A woman can bring valuable connections that link her man to big customers. As a female civil engineer whose partner owns a block industry, don’t you know most of my colleagues are contractors? I connect him to them. Men, bye ✌️ We don big pass yeye enjoyments. I am a woman of value. You can start counting from me.

I have seen you mention "high-value women" multiple times. I'm genuinely curious, what makes a woman high value? Can you give three examples of high-value women in Nigeria? On whose pocket does that "high value" come from? A man's? If she is truly high value, as you claim, what exactly does she need the investment you've been hammering on for? Because I'm pretty certain that a high-value man, however you define him, is someone who built himself up without any woman's help. Isn't this the same as women calling themselves "high class" or "high maintenance," while expecting that maintenance to be funded and sustained by a man? I'll be waiting. Who is a high-value woman, and what exactly makes her one?

You’re free to feed your Ego in my post. It only shows y’all be dating girlies who vacations, wigs, hotels tickles. If you’ve dated a high value woman then you’d understand my post better. High value women don’t care about “Paparazzi” lifestyles. They think long term that’s the difference. And you men know when you see a woman with such cos she can stand as a backbone to you.

Everytime you people tweet about relationship, it is centred around what to collect. You no get papa? The whole point of relationship is to do things together and create memories. If you're looking for investment, go and look for investors. You are looking for investment that does not benefit him. Which investments are you making in his life that does not benefit you?

Meanwhile, remove the restaurants, vacations and hotels and there’s actually nothing substantial being poured into them. Just know this, real investment leaves evidence in your life, not just memories in your camera roll.

I don't think when your paremts were paying school fees from Primary to University, they were expecting you to graduate and wait for man to come and "invest in you and fund your dream." If they stop sending female children to school and raise them at home before marrying them off to men that will "fund their dream and invest in their goals," you'll shout misogyny. So what is the difference with that and what you're doing? If

I don’t want to "download the app" to pay for parking. I don’t want to "create an account" to see a menu. I don’t want to "provide feedback" on a 30-second interaction. I just want to exist in the physical world without a digital leash.
