🚨IMPORTANT🚨 If you own $AMC shares and you are NOT making 78% profit annually you are not doing it right. Here is how you can have all your shares virtually free in no time MAKING your investment impervious to price fluctuation: Assume you have 1000 shares of #AMC at $10 each, so your initial investment is $10,000. You want to sell covered call options bi-weekly, which means you will sell them 26 times a year. Each covered call option you sell covers 100 shares, so for 1000 shares, you will sell 10 contracts each time. You estimate that you can sell each out the money option (current price + $2) for $0.30 per share on average ($0.20 - $0.40 generally so we calculate the average). If your shares are assigned fine. You made 20% profit so buy more shares immediate. Given this, each contract is for 100 shares, so selling an option at $0.30 per share will give you: Profit per contract=100×$0.30=$30 Selling 10 contracts will give you: Profit for 10 contracts=10×$30=$300 Since you plan to do this bi-weekly (every two weeks), and there are 52 weeks in a year, you will sell options 26 times: Total annual profit=26×$300=$7,800 This would be your gross income from selling the options for about a 78% profit per year! If AMC price after 1 year is $5 you would still have $7800 extra to buy 1500 additional shares on top of the 1000 shares you had! and let the cycle continue. So stop whining and learn how to milk the cow. If you do not know how to trade buy some dividend stocks or ETFs and preserve your capital and avoid small and mid caps. Simple. If AMC loses its value by 95% today I wouldn't mind at all. In fact, I will buy more to sell more covered calls. See you after 200 daily bars (late 2024) for an infinity squeeze as explained below.

I am delighted to share this extremely important news with all of you. AMC has successfully raised $325 million of new equity capital through the issuance of 40 million shares via our at-the-market equity raise, which started September 6 and which now has been completed.This material increase to our cash position means that any talk of immediate and imminent financial collapse right now by AMC is moot.   We still have many challenges, including Hollywood must resolve the current actors and writers strikes. But regardless, AMC is now a much stronger company given our increased level of cash.   Like you, the coming together of AMC common and preferred stock along with the reverse stock split in August decreased both my number of owned and granted-but-unvested AMC shares/units. So, I currently have an economic interest in more than 800,000 AMC shares now, rather than the more than 8 million AMC shares and APE units previously.    In turn, that means I personally experienced the great pain felt by all AMC shareholders at the recent decline in our stock price.    Looking though to our clearly having extended AMC's viability, it is comforting to know that AMC has strengthened our company by so significantly increasing our cash on hand.
