Okay so let me see if i've figured this out... If i'm against the covid vaccines i'm right wing? Okay. But if i'm against the war with Iran i'm left wing? Right. But if I also think kids transitioning en-masse is due to top-down propaganda i'm right wing? Got It. But if I also believe a genocide happened in Gaza i'm left wing? Alright then. But if i'm against uncontrolled immigration i'm right wing? Okie Dokie. But if I think Islam isn't the biggest threat i'm left wing? Sure Thing. But if I think there is a ritualistically satanic child trafficking network operating at the upper echelons of elite society i'm right wing? Well Okay. Ahhh I see now, I have it figured out. The system is a mobius-strip of everlasting bullshittery and chaos magick designed to keep us in a perpetual state of tribalistic retardation while they commit war crimes and molest our children. The system can't be saved. But maybe humanity can.

@JustinPetersMin Justin thinks aliens can't exist because things in space are so far away from each other that the aliens couldn't make a boom boom rocket fast enough. Justin is unaware of Spacetime Metric Engineering or Traversable Einstein-Rosen Bridges. Justin is a simple thinker.

There are no aliens. Even if there were (and there aren't) they would have no way of getting here. The distances are simply too vast. Far, far too vast. The nearest star outside of our own sun is 4.2 light-years away. No aliens, no matter how clever, will ever be able to travel anywhere near the speed of light. The laws of physics prevent it. To accelerate any mass at all (even a pebble) to anything approaching even 1/3rd the speed of light would take incomprehensibly vast amounts of energy. You need a lot of spaceship (and I mean YUGE) to hold that much energy. So, now you've got a heck of a lot more than a pebble to move. Your energy problem just got infinitely worse. It's impossible folks. ET ain't out there, and even if he was, he ain't dropping by for a visit.

@nbc4i please stop blocking 20% of my screen during the football game with your pointless school delays. No on with a kid in school in the year 2025 needs to watch the Sunday night football game to see if their school is delayed. Everyone has a phone and the Internet.

During the Apollo 17 mission, shortly after unloading the Lunar Roving Vehicle (LRV) from the Lunar Module, commander Gene Cernan accidentally dislodged the rover’s right-rear fender extension. Initially, he taped it back on, but it later fell off again, causing lunar dust to spray over the rover and the astronauts as they drove. To solve the problem, technicians on Earth suggested a creative fix. Cernan and Lunar Module pilot Harrison Schmitt improvised a replacement fender by taping together several plastic-coated map sheets, creating a makeshift extension that successfully prevented further dust from interfering with the rover and their activities. This episode highlights the ingenuity and adaptability required during Apollo missions, where astronauts often had to solve unexpected engineering challenges on the spot while operating on the Moon’s harsh, dusty surface. @GauravKPaul @histories_arch @grok And where exactly is the infrastructure for the camps and farms to feed the workers for the tens of thousands of man hours it would take to do that by hand?

An aerial view of the ‘Unfinished Obelisk’ in the 3500-year-old granite quarry in Aswan, Egypt... The Unfinished Obelisk is one of the most revealing archaeological sites in all of Egypt precisely because it was never completed. Carved directly out of the bedrock, it offers an extraordinary behind the scenes look at how ancient Egyptians quarried and shaped the massive monuments that still tower over the Nile Valley today. Had it been finished, this single piece of granite would have been the largest obelisk ever created, weighing an astonishing 1,100 tons. Its size alone demonstrates the incredible engineering ambition of the New Kingdom era. Work abruptly stopped when cracks formed in the stone. Instead of repairing it, the Egyptians abandoned the project entirely, leaving behind a frozen moment in time. The tool marks, the trenches, the channels cut around the obelisk all remain exactly as they were left more than three millennia ago. It is one of the few places where you can literally see the construction process in mid motion, preserved in the desert just as the workers walked away. Archaeologists found remnants of ancient dolerite balls, hard stone pounding tools, scattered around the site. These were used by workers to slowly chip away at the granite, a process that could take years for a single obelisk. #archaeohistories

@PhilMackey Agree. If you are a QB dressed and standing on an NFL field you know how to play football. You have been playing your whole life. I'm sure Brosmer can hand off the football and try to execute basic football plays. If I can't like KOC insinuates- then why is he on the roster?

People are oddly focused on the wrong thing with Wentz Shoulder-Gate…   Carson Wentz = grown, adult football player. He WANTED TO PLAY. He doesn’t get many chances to start anymore. He was in the arena, and he didn’t want to leave the arena. His emotions said as much. Wentz exhibited the attitude most NFL players do when dealing with pain — a warrior’s mentality. The REAL QUESTION = why did Kevin O’Connell prefer to play a clearly decimated Wentz over a medically cleared JJ McCarthy or a 100% healthy Max Brosmer? Is there no “For Dummies” version of the offense that can be deployed for inexperienced QBs? When you’re down 3 TDs late… you can’t send Max out there to hand off?

@PhilMackey MN media guys aren’t messing with how their bread is buttered. Terrible takes! KOC’s worst moment and you guys look the other way.

Kevin O’Connell said the #Vikings don’t anticipate J.J. McCarthy going on injured reserve, but the team doesn’t have an exact timeline for his return yet. They’ll see how he responds to treatment this week. “Hearing from our medical staff, it’s one of those things that tends to be much worse today than it probably was in the moment for him, with adrenaline and everything,” he said.
