@ZacksJerryRig @OOpFuture @klwtts @robotaxi @Tesla I’ve experienced both Waymo and Tesla self-driving cars. Waymo’s driving style is of a robot, which as I’ve experienced is too aggressive and uncomfortable in Austin’s narrow streets. While Tesla’s driving is more human and a more comfortable ride.

After ~10 @robotaxi rides I finally experienced a supervisor intervention. This one seemed to be for comfort (as opposed to safety) as the car was inching forward and stopping repeatedly before the supervisor took over for just a few seconds to complete the turn:

This evening while FDOT was performing bridge inspections they found one of the concrete bridge decks superstructures was cracked, SFC Contracting was quickly notified and crews were on scene within 30 minutes. Repairs were successful and no other issues came about.
