Still NO response from @OmioSupport@FlixBus after 24 hours. My 80€ is being stolen. I am now filing a formal complaint with @ECC_France and starting a Chargeback with my bank. You chose to ignore a customer, now deal with the legal consequences. #OmioScam#ConsumerRights

"I am writing to demand a full refund and compensation for the extreme mental harassment I faced due to your poor service.
My booking (ID: 334 285 1931) was wasted at Paris because no platform information was displayed on the screens. Despite being at the station, I was forced to buy a new ticket for 49€.
My case (#3981646) has been pending for 10 days. I want my 100€ back (old ticket + new ticket cost) along with compensation for the stress caused. Please resolve this immediately."
