@OmioSupport Disaster customer care and absolute fraud company .You pay for cancellation cover and within 30 minutes tried to cancel they state that they will deduct 80% of the fare .Horrible Never again

Hi @OmioSupport — booked a train ticket via guest checkout but it couldn’t be found at the station, so we had to buy a second one. The chatbot keeps asking for an email I don’t have. Can someone DM me so I can share proof of payment and request a refund?

Try not to use never OMIO for a ticket purchase @OmioSupport, even when the train company cancels the train and give you a refund ticket @OmioSupport makes imposible to get your money back..

@OmioSupport @Omio I have submitted a formal claim regarding a missed connection under an integrated ticket, but I am unable to reach a human representative. This is now a matter under EU Regulation 2021/782. If unresolved, I will escalate to the relevant enforcement body.
