@bigpinuslinus @SensBuzz I wish I agreed with this, but tbh it's just not realistic. Outside of Stutzle, who I feel still has not reached his ceiling, I don't think we have a single forward as good as Caufield, Suzuki, Slafkovsky, or Demidov. The rest of the teams are comparable, but we lack firepower.

If Ottawa had gotten better goaltending, and still maintained the same level of play, then they would have won a lot more games. Suffice to say, however, they have *not* maintained that level. Both are true.

This game is going to consume me, 100%. Tactics roguelike with very deep gameplay systems, many shared design philosophies with Issac, and elements of Darkest Dungeon, drafting, and min maxing for stronger units? Game basically was bred in a lab to suit my tastes. It's over.

I have always avoided talking about politics on this account. But this is my breaking point. I can't say nothing while ICE is going around executing people in broad daylight in my city, blocks from where I live. They murdered a second person this morning. And I don't want to hear for a second that "he had a gun." Republicans' entire thing is about being pro-2A, that people have the right to be armed against a tyrannical government. Now a textbook example of government tyranny unfolds before you and your immediate response is to take their side? It makes no sense. There were at least 7 federal agents on top of that man. IF he was armed, the video appears to show that he was disarmed before the shots were fired. There is absolutely zero justification for his killing. This is yet another example of these ICE agents being untrained, hate-filled escalators who are seeking out this kind of violence. They aren't making our community safer, they're making it 1000 times more dangerous. Everyone can agree that violent criminals, of all backgrounds, should be prosecuted and jailed. A conversation can be had about immigration policy. But this isn't working. This has to stop. ICE has to get out of Minneapolis.

@ShackTS What bothers me is that it feels like for most of the game his reaction to adversity is to stare blankly ahead. Only when it's too late does he do these things indicative of getting "fired up", which just makes it feel like he's unraveling. Which, maybe he is.

This could be worded better and I get how a guy could feel upset, but this should result in at most a temporary hurt, a conversation, and then moving on. Anything beyond that just shows you got shit to work on. Same goes for if you read this and go on about women negatively.

It's not that hard to understand what she's saying if you stop projecting your insecurities. This does not mean she's settling, nor does this mean she's not attracted to him enough for a hookup. When you meet somebody you might want to marry, you don't want it to be just casual.

The way people have reacted to this post is insane to me lmao. The sheer volume of men going on about how much of a gut punch this is and using it to generalize women is astounding. Her liking him so much she wouldn't want a purely casual encounter doesn't mean she's unattracted.
