@_Zojka @Longsword44 The beds were never actually "anti-sex" and were in fact pretty sturdy, as explained even in the article that you shared yourself

@NyaItsKasha @Sajam He's saying that it's easier to get people to play this game (2xko) compared to games that arent f2p
English

If the game isn't $7.99 or free, it's hard to get friends on board
That's just how gaming is I think
Dunk, The Commentator@Heyitsmedunk
Tekken 9 about to be free to play

@reinz257 @TheShootyGuy It legit kept me from playing the games for so long. I had wanted to try DS1 for ever but 80% of the time i heard it discussed it was about it being a hard game for capital G "real Gamers", without ever describing anything of what makes it great
English

@TheShootyGuy Not a specific video in particular, but the fact that the dark souls franchise is now only known as "the hard game with no easy mode" is so upsetting whenever I try to get someone to play my favorite game. 😔

@slime_machine T8 was the first one to not get an arcade release, but maybe check out #TatakaiTuesday. It's a local that is very foreigner friendly and all around pretty chill

@K_U_P_O_7 @yagami2428 Tennis also tests both mind and body, yet coaching is not allowed traditionally. Point is, there's no merit comparing fgs to other sports as an argument for or against coaching since every sport is different and has a different culture surrounding it. In the fgc, that is "run it"
English

@K_U_P_O_7 @yagami2428 Fighting games are not combat sports. The mental game is a much bigger part of fgs, the execution is not tested as much as it is in boxing and a gameplan is more easily applied by virtue of not being clocked on the dome. cont.>>>
English

@K_U_P_O_7 @yagami2428 First of all, "Esports" don't have to be the same as traditional sports. But even then, not all sports allow mid match coaching.
English

@yagami2428 Every single sport allows coaching. Esports shouldn't be any different.

@Express_Rat @KayinNasaki @PhantomNietzsch At the end of the day though, Tekken juggles come down to "if the attack reaches them, it connects". In SF your attacks can just go through an airborne character and miss, based on a hidden value.
English

@KayinNasaki @PhantomNietzsch tekken doesn't have this? each attack has a scaling knockback + scaling damage reduction. only "tornado" attacks (movelist tag) resets the KB and heat bursts reset the KB for 1 attack

@King_Versa007 @TSM_Leffen Melee is the king of extra unneeded inputs that don't add depth. It's why the debate of L-cancelling being a bad mechanic is brought up so often - since there is no decision making when it comes to it. It's just a skill check that you should always do (and i personally love it).
English

@TSM_Leffen Agreed. Folks acting like depth can't be obtained from simple controls like MELEE DOESN'T EXIST. You and your game are a perfect example of that being untrue 👌🏾

@KasaNova_KK @birdisaboi The Japanese title has always been "Like a Dragon" (Ryu Ga Gotoku), so it's propably an attempt at some consistency between the releases. Also it makes sense since some of the games, like Isshin, have nothing to do with Yakuza at all.
English

@birdisaboi So between Yakuza 7 Like a Dragon and Like a Dragon 8 (Yakuza 8) Kiryu goes gray?
Have they explained why they are getting rid of the Yakuza title, and going with Like a Dragon now?
