@nikitara @agarwalpacker @rameshagrwl Their service was going down now a days. My first experience during 2016 was amazing one. But 2 services opted during 2024, was terrible. Received damaged packages, Scooter got damaged, driver smoked inside car with ashes all over the car floor. Very bad.

@agarwalpacker your services have dropped terribly. Sad to see. As an airforce personnel, we took your services so many times, however today the truck hasn't come as promised. Only 3 packers as opposed to promised 6. RWA has rules too. @rameshagrwl request intervention

@SarojKu27983878 @agarwalpacker Their service is really getting poor day by day. Missing packages & damage packages are becoming normal routine to them. Further to this, they don;t take its responsibility. Give all possible explanations to run away from its claims.

@agarwalpacker So strange to know that APML is not able to contact it's Nagpur branch. Informed through No. 011-35480212. How can I trust that I will get back my household consignment. Now APML is not at par with its claiming reputation. May be management in wrong hands.

@adityanirmishra @agarwalpacker This happens. Package missing & damage package is their now normal way. In my case, 1 small package having keys & smart phone got missed by them. Now they are giving all possible explanations for this & not taking responsibility of it.

Extremely disappointed with @agarwalpacker
Shipment (GC No. GCBNG262701093) was booked on 16 April from Bangalore to Kota and reached the hub on 28 April, but only 3/4 items received. I’ve refused delivery due to the missing package.
7+ days past expected delivery, no updates.

@chevauxenbois @agarwalpacker Yes, very true. Please check your consignment properly during delivery itself & raise compliant immedaitely. Else they will take excuse & will run away from claims, if any. Very poor customer experience.

@agarwalpacker My consignment from Pune to Bangalore has reached Bangalore on 30 April. I have been calling to check status, absolutely no ownership from your end. Customer support team gives new numbers everyday. Nobody picks up the call.

@thaturbannomad @agarwalpacker Yes, their service is pathetic. Hope you receive 2W in as is condition. In my case, scooter was also moved alongwith my household goods. Headlight & fromt body panel got big scratches. Despite having insurance, they are giving all possible excuses.

@agarwalpacker Booked service of 2 wheeler transfer from Pune to Nagpur. Consignment reached destination on 28th April and till date not delivered it. Tried calling customer service which is always busy, called driver and in charge in Nagpur who never picks up.

@souravC_2205 @agarwalpacker Very true. Their service is getting pathetic day by day. I had used their service thrice. First one during 2016 was superb. Whereas service used during 2024, was pathetic. Their customer service is like robot. They say we understand your concern, but its our company policy.

@agarwalpacker Seems you have lots of business in Blore & not keen on new orders. Booked survey for 8.00 am Tues after 2 attempts, got msg changing time to 10.30 am even though I told clearly am not available after 9.00 am. Neither survey agent nor call centre answering calls. 🙏

@agarwalpacker Extraordinary rates charged by your team for transport of Household goods. Isse acha insaan samaan bech ke naya samaan hi lele. Kindly improve your team or pricing. 2.25 lakhs for transport of goods and car is insane.

@agarwalpacker - i got quote of 17000/- from you for just 4 kms of house shifting. I got 7500/- from Porter , Nobroker & 7000/- from local packers. How come so huge difference. The quality of service from porter ,nobroker are more efficient than you. Don't think people are fools.

@onkar_tolbande @agarwalpacker @rameshagrwl Yes, its true with their service. In my case too, there was lot of mis-communication between booking team, loading team & unloading team. At unloading point, I was asked to pay addtional Rs 14K. It was all communication gap for which I suffered. Very Poor.

@jagadish_dalli @agarwalpacker Yes, no one there to monitor. Top management doesn;t have process to review the system down the line. Staff demand heavy money in name of tip at both loading & unloading point. Goods damaged & their team has now all excuses to run away from their resposibility.

A very unprofessional behaviour by @agarwalpacker , our car bound for Chennai, offloaded at Hyderabad, now now no response from company, terrible service, please avoid them in future.
