Absolutely unacceptable and beyond frustrating. My parents moved from Mumbai to Kanpur and handed over our car on 8th March through @agarwalpacker with a clear promise of delivery within 5 days. Today is 19th March and we are still awaiting any update.

@agarwalpacker had a worst experience while moving household stuff within BLR city. Had a complete nightmare and mental trauma , the team kept on saying 1 hr and reached around 12 pm and after packing was done around 3 pm , there was no vehicle till 6 pm, eventually I did porter.

Worst customer service by @agarwalpacker . Your rep confirmed pickup & drop location on wtsp and based on that I booked the service and dropped my bike. Now team is asking me to collect it from Bhiwandi. Clear miscommunication and mis-selling. Resolve this immediately. @PMOIndia
