@GanguleeW You would have gone to some cheap shit hotels overseas. Sri Lanka has serious service issues at hotels without trained staff most can't even speak English/ no point saying things are good in Lanka when we have a problem/ we won't be able to cater to the influx.

I’ve always appreciated the local service sector.
Recently went to multiple hotels overseas, and I appreciate the Sri Lankan service sector even more. :)
