It’s years of muscle loss no one warned women about.
Women start losing muscle heavily after their 30s. Less strength = more body pain, weaker bones, lower energy, harder recovery.
And still society tells women to “just walk” instead of lifting weights.
Strength training isn’t about aesthetics.
It’s literally investment for your future self.
