I could use help PTs and muscle testing folks! Do you have any load cell recommendations to be used in a gym setting that allows real-time force feedback? The goal is to use it for knee extension training so it's even better if the feedback is easily viewable (monitor or app).

@skppowers I'm continually surprised by the prevalence of within-subject designs for comparing high and low load. Cross-education is real and it is optimized at higher intensities. There is likely a transfer effect+local training effect for the low load leg unlike the high load leg.

@MarcusDGon @GI_Pearls Longitudinal studies should show greater declines, but this is part of the reason sarcopenia has evolved to include muscle strength. If DEXA was predominantly used in these, true muscle mass is being missed
