@UPS shocking customer service! I just require an email address to make an official complaint. I do not want to talk via chat to a computer and I do not want to talk on the phone because of how I was treated previously.
When @Se_Railway provide this one tiny bus to replace an 8 coach train . The bus was so overloaded it couldn’t get up the hill, the passengers that were standing had to get off the bus and walk up the hill and rejoin later.
@GaryCrawf1 Apologies, Gary. I have passed this on so that it can be reported to our supplier. Unfortunately, this was a short-notice request for a replacement bus service. ^NM
@SteinbergMedia I have invested £100’s over the years into Cubase, I have 10.5 pro which will basically be useless next year when you stop supporting the elicencer. I have been told by your support I now have to fork out another £492!! I have used Steinberg since the late 80’s!
@Tesco Phil , Connor and Louis at Tesco Express Battle all adamant that a black Americano and a chocolate twist are NOT included in a meal deal 🤔 I could’ve had a latte apparently. Staff training urgently required! Oh and customer service training
@TheAA_UK I have paid you £384 for a replacement car key on the 3rd November, the T and C’s state I can’t get a refund, you said it would take UP TO 5 to 7 days. No updates , no communication, still no key!
