🚨I WAS TELLING THE TRUTH🚨 The Chester County, Pennsylvania, non-juror list contains 65 pages of non-citizens that have been summoned for jury duty. If this is happening in Chester County, it’s happening everywhere. Pass the SAVE America Act!

🚨Bad News Out of Butler County🚨 Just heard from someone that visited the Butler County Courthouse yesterday to obtain the non-juror records. Not only does it appear that staff filtered out non-citizens, but they refused for the person to copy or take photos of the redacted non-juror list. The law is clear that non-juror lists are “open for public inspection.” It appears that Butler County is breaking the law. This is the same county in Pennsylvania where President Trump was nearly assassinated. Mayor @JondavidRLongo & I will be visiting the Butler County Courthouse in person — peacefully. Respectfully. Professionally.

Here is Greg Gutfeld dropping a Moab on Jessica Tarlov about illegals and violence in sanctuary cities . He eviscerates her argument so completely, and utterly!! I agree with every single thing he said.. she was left dumbfounded. It’s GLORIOUS! If you haven’t seen this, it’s definitely worth a watch because he says every single thing that we feel, and would want to say to her and any Leftist👏👏💥💥💥💥💥

This is probably without a doubt the first time this liberal has ever been made to understand EXACTLY what he’s fighting for/against. And look at his stunned response😂 We need a @KaitMarieox on every Campus in America. 🚨 BREAKING: New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill admits the state “accidentally” registered over 6,600 FOREIGNERS to vote, and some of them VOTED All those who voted should be in HANDCUFFS. And there’s NO WAY there aren’t more. Per Sherrill, the DMV’s automatic voter registration system was registering people even if they hit “no” on the citizenship question. STOP AUTOMATIC VOTER REGISTRATIONS, AND STOP SENDING UNSOLICITED BALLOTS! Hand over your voter rolls to DOJ and DHS, and I GUARANTEE there’ll be a LOT more foreigners, @GovSherrillNJ!

When Second Amendment plaintiffs win a Ninth Circuit panel, in every case but one, there is an en banc grant and it is reversed. When they lose, they are not granted en banc even over the dissent of 8 judges. Just like in Wolford v. Lopez, where even citing a black code didn't give the Ninth Circuit any pause to review the ruling (SCOTUS ultimately reversed them). A shameless court with open hatred for the Second Amendment. We will get no justice in it.
Firearms Policy Coalition@gunpolicy

LEGAL ALERT: The Ninth Circuit has denied an en banc petition in a lawsuit challenging California's switchblade laws. The three judges on the panel joined a concurrence defending their decision, and eight judges dissented. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…

Fulton County ordered over 1,000,000 EXTRA ABSENTEE BALLOTS without STUBS or ENVELOPES for the 2020 Election and lied about it. The total number of ballots ordered in addition to what was mailed to voters was 1,058,910. This should tell you everything you need to know. Fulton County ordered 1,058,910 absentee ballots at the last minute, without envelopes, without stubs, and after they could have realistically been mailed. The "extra" ballots were not ordered for the reasons given, and what ballots from the order that remained after the election were destroyed. For reference, a total of 528,777 ballots were cast for the 2020 General Election, and of those only approximately 148,000 were absentee. The majority of which were sent by Runbeck Election Services directly to the voter. Because of the Absentee Fulfillment Program, there was simply no reason for Fulton County to purchase a large number of printed ballots. Fulton County then tried to conceal the order and denied the existence of corresponding documents. In response to a narrowly targeted open records request, Fulton County returned, "No responsive records." It wasn't until we provided Fulton County's accounting code for the invoice, funding line, and invoice number that Fulton County acquiesced and finally produced the records. The number of additional absentee ballots ordered and received, 1,058,910, far exceeded the total number of Fulton County's registered voters, including both active and inactive. According to the Election Assistance Commission, "EAC," Fulton County's total number of registered voters for 2020 was 836,563, or 113.8% of the Citizen Voting Age Population, "CVAP," 1,058,910 ballots is 126% of the total number of registered voters in Fulton County. Fulton County was required to have 83,656 emergency ballots available, not over one million. Georgia's absentee, provisional, and emergency ballots are indistinguishable. The same ballot serves all three purposes, which is ripe for exploitation. In other words, "emergency ballots" could be used nefariously and injected or cast as regular absentee ballots. Aside from the absurd number, we also know that the ballots at issue were not procured to meet the statutory requirement cited above because emergency ballots were required to be available when the polls opened for advance voting on October 12, 2020. The ballot order was placed on October 16th. Also, the ballots were explicitly ordered with "no stubs," which emergency ballots are required to have stubs for tracking purposes and to prevent them from being used nefariously. Gabriel Sterling also claimed that the ballots were ordered incase Logic & Accuracy testing, "L&A," of the voting machines couldn't be completed before the election as required by Georgia law. Sterling's excuse fails for a number of reasons, but the most damning is that the mandatory L&A testing was not performed before the polls opened on October 12, 2020 for advance voting as established in a preceding section, and the untested machines were used anyway. The ballots were ordered on October 16, 2020, after the untested machines were already in use. Just as explained before, emergency ballots require stubs- regardless of the emergency. The conclusion points that these 1 MILLION extra ballots ordered were most likely used for nefarious reasons and injected into the count for Joe Biden to clear the margin of victory. It is important to note that no other counties are known to have ordered an excessive number of absentee ballots, and both of Gabriel Sterling's excuses would have affected the entire state. Lastly, there's the massive number of ballots. Fulton County inexplicably ordered 1,058,910 absentee ballots, or enough to replace eighty percent of all absentee ballots cast for the 2020 General Election for the entire state of Georgia. In yet another surreptitious act, only days after an article detailing the suspect ballot order was published, Fulton County issued a public notice stating that they would be destroying the "excess" ballots imminently. The notice states there are only 284,901 emergency ballots remaining, but Fulton County ordered a total of 1,058,210 emergency ballots. In the notice, Fulton County claims the emergency ballots were ordered as a contingency plan and thus were never needed. If that were true, according to Fulton County's own numbers, 773,309 absentee ballots are unaccounted for. Because a conflicting number of ballots were said to be destroyed, the physical ballots themselves can no longer be consulted to determine the number remaining, and more importantly, the number missing. Fulton County's efforts to conceal the suspect ballot order, the timing of the ballot order, the illogical, massive number of ballots ordered, the fact that ballots were ordered with no stubs, and the destruction of the ballots, raise very serious questions. A massive number of absentee ballots were ordered for no justifiable reason and could have been, and likely were, used to manipulate the 2020 General Election.

My wife and I got into it last night about the grocery bill. I pulled up an old Target order from February 2020. 28 items. $64.50. Added every single one back to the cart just to see. $158.30. Same 28 items. Same store. Same cart. $93.80 more. In five years. We didn’t buy more. Didn’t upgrade anything. Didn’t add a single extra item. Just needed the same things we always needed. They told us inflation was transitory. They told us it was under control. They told us the economy was strong. Our cart didn’t get any of those memos. 145% increase in five years. Not one member of Congress has looked at a grocery receipt in decades. And it shows.

This is one of the most brilliant moves Hegseth has made. Here’s why: Experienced pilots are freaking out in my DMs about these close flybys. Even some based people I follow and love, like @MCCCANM, are questioning them while my son’s class of young student aviators can’t stop talking about how cool it is but also everything that could go wrong. The truth is, we don’t want every flyboy buzzing beaches and towers like Maverick. What made that scene in Top Gun cool was that Maverick truly was the best of the best. That scene would not be funny if some shaky pilot who just got his wings ripped past the tower in a T-6B. The irony is in the contrast between the best of the best and some desk jockey who out ranks him worried about spilling his coffee. This scene is so important to the plot the directors included it twice! It’s more important to understanding Top Gun than the combat scene with migs because it’s more relatable. Every Blue Angel is as good as Maverick. But what is the purpose of the Blue Angels? It’s not combat. It’s to show the American people, and our adversaries, how good we really are. Go back and read my post from the 4th of July at how difficult it was to see the blue angels and navy ships which Mamdani requested, and the admirals foolishly agreed, to stay at a “safe distance” from Manhattan. You can’t boost recruitment, get voters to support spending & send a message to our enemies at anchor 10 miles from the tip of Manhattan or 1,000’ above them. Proximity matters. I write books. Every mentor I’ve ever had says the same thing: “Show, don’t tell.” That’s what @PeteHegseth just did with the Blue Angels. By having BA do flybys, he did not write a long memo explaining his intent, he showed them that it’s time to stop blowing safety out of proportion and start taking risk again. And better still he trusts they are smart enough to understand the broader implications. And our pilots are smart. Pete is pushing the Overton window back toward the center on safetyism. Now every Army SGT who’s told to make his guys wear stupid reflective belts on PT & every Navy Chief who’s told he can’t send a man over the side in a harness to paint the ship has a new tool: “The flyboys can buzz the beach but I can’t paint the hull because a sailor might fall 25 feet into the water & get wet? Make it make sense Lieutenant.” But he’s also giving the officers of flying squadrons a way out: “Colonel, Hegseth has authorized flybys so can I buzz the Empire State Building?” asks some brand-new F-35 pilot. Now his colonel has an answer: “Sure can sport. Right after you get your invite to the Blue Angels.” And this Blu Angles flyby gives that CO some extra room to maneuver. “Ok colonel, but can we at least stop flying 20 miles around that bogus safety exclusion zone near the theme park?” “Yes, let’s try 5 miles for now.” And this solves a real conundrum. Those helicopters flying down the beach got monumental amounts of public support. Why? Did those clips really get shared because Joe Public wants helicopters roaring over his kid’s head? Not really. They resonated because they’re cool as heck, and because absolutely everyone is sick and tired of creeping safety regulations. Punishing them harshly would have killed morale and resulted in public outrage and would have accelerated the creep of safetyism. Having the Blue Angels buzz the beach in response to that helicopter flyby does many things at once: It gives the public cool AF photos. It gives squadron commanders flexibility and a way out. It shows our adversaries how talented our pilots really are. It’s relatively low risk, because the Blue Angels really are that good. It moves the Overton window on safetyism. And it pisses off every low T troll on Bluesky and Reddit. And it tells admirals the days of kowtowing to pinko mayors like Mamdani are over. That’s not a win-win. That’s a long string of wins for the price of half a tank of jet fuel.

Mamdani closed the ferry to the main viewing area morning of the US Navy parade. He made it significantly more difficult than usual for the Navy to obtain permits. He put up barricades that misdirected crowds. He threatened to coopt a Naval event with his political rhetoric forcing the Navy to cancel. He stalked a sailor and engineered a joke to catch him laughing for his own propaganda. He used the Navy’s own safety culture against them to keep warships far from the crowds. He promised to promote events then did nothing to promote them. He did favors for local media in exchange for them underplaying the event. These are all facts from multiple sources from O5 all the way up to admirals. But they aren’t the most grievous facts, those I cannot write without official confirmation or at least a source willing to speak on background. And he did it all via numerous NYC departments and representatives as a distributed attack while claiming he himself was supporting the Navy. He is in full rebellion against the federal government, the US military and the Republic for which it stands. And worse: he’s smart and was highly effective at sabotaging the event which was originally planned to be the biggest Naval Parade in 50 years.
Hon. Vickie Paladino@VickieforNYC

I've said this before and I'll say it again. We are in a soft secession under Zohran. He considers New York an independent city-state with its own foreign policy, immigration policy, and economic policy. He does not recognize the authority of the federal government except to the extent he can extract money or political wins from it. The intent is to use the resources and authority of New York City to wage war against the federal government and the rest of the country. The DSA is quite open about it. They're telling us what they plan to do, and Zohran is executing. Colluding with the Iranians was just another means to that end. They will collude with any and all of our enemies, because the stated goal of the DSA is to dismantle the country from within. Again, they say all of this out loud. No inferences necessary here. In this particular case, the meeting with the Iranians was sidelined by the State Department. But the intention is crystal clear, and just because a high-profile meeting was stopped doesn't mean there isn't back channel communication and cooperation happening between the DSA/Mamdani admin and the Iranians. Obviously there is. Meetings like this don't just materialize out of thin air, and ties between the DSA and Iranian-linked fronts like the People's Forum are too many to count. Now what are we actually going to do about this? We're WAY past the point that it can honestly be argued that the DSA isn't an insurgency determined to bring down the country. I really think it requires a military solution now; take this out of the corrupt civil court system and use the military to roll up the DSA and charge them as revolutionary insurgents. Do it while we still can and avoid inevitable future bloodshed.

🚨 Tyrants in California refuse to leave office after voters crushed them in a recall Residents of tiny Avenal in the San Joaquin Valley are furious. In April, over 75% of voters approved recalling Mayor Alvaro Preciado and Councilmembers Leticia Gamez, David Reynosa, and Pablo Hernandez—that's 4 of the 5 council seats. Kings County certified the results in May, but these officials are flat-out refusing to step down. They claim the recall was "unlawful" because it was handled by the county instead of the city, and they want to "authorize" their own removal. Under California law, once a recall election passes and is certified, they're done—no permission needed from the people being booted. Voters did their part. Now it's time to enforce it and remove these clingers. How long until we see real accountability in California? 🇺🇸 #CaliforniaRecall #Avenal
