@travisinLB Kershaw was one of my favorite players of all time and he's really not anymore and I'm kind of glad he retired when he did. He's always been really religious and I never had a problem with that but he's made it really clear he's the homophobic kind.

Kershaw: It wasn't meant to discriminate or marginalize anybody. The rainbow means a lot of different things to different people… for me, the rainbow represents God’s covenant with his people. That's what I wanted to represent. I thought it was the best way to do that in a difficult situation.

The biggest falsehood/lie in all of this is that “the majority of Lakers fans never appreciated him.”
Seen this multiple times, and it’s plain untrue. Most Laker fans appreciated what LBJ did for the franchise. We also recognized a split was probably best for both.
