@DrRJWebb @docib Also most seriously injured/ill kids are first seen by clinicians who are not limited to paediatric only practice. They are adult or generalists. We need to empower and train them to deliver life saving interventions when needed. Not scare them away.

However, an employer who puts someone (me) on a stage 1 monitoring period after their child has died is a little rigid with current policies.
