I'm sad to share the news that my brother Richard lost his battle against ongoing illness this week. We grew up together, through good times and bad, and were great friends. He will be missed by everyone who knew him, as a pilot, as a friend, a father, a husband, and a brother.

On to my third copy of this as the first two fell apart. Read it as a kid and have got it out again and again ever since. A few changes in technology and kit since but a lot still very relevant today. Highly recommended.
