The IL-18 armored CAR-T data from @carlhjune's group at ASH this year is remarkable (ash.confex.com/ash/2022/webpr…). 100% ORR so far, 7/8 patients had relapsed on a prior CAR-T product. IL-18 baby!!!

Trimodality bladder preservation versus cystectomy for muscle invasive bladder cancer; matched cohort #ASTRO22 @OncoAlert. Dr J Efstathiou - outcomes similar for TMT versus cystectomy. 13% required salvage cystectomy, but did not impact survival. Hydronephrosis a bad player ☹️

@ParikhSimul Yeah I agree - exploratory analysis showed no difference in recurrence b/w risk groups, but # of local recurrence events was low and the eligibility criteria were broad. Need to better figure out pts who are truly at greatest risk. Also role of hypofx boost itself (HYPORT)
