@leemcm1976 Well, it's late March so 850s will NEVER be much to write home about... We're really discussing the risk of damaging night frost and poor/low maxima... #UKSnow can still occur but it will always be marginal and won't usually last beyond the sun peeking through the clouds...

Latest EC 12z run brings a cold end 20 March with northeasterly winds. ECMWF is generally regarded as the best model but this winter its performed poorly in extended range, IMO Nevertheless, after early March SSW, farmers/gardeners/growers need to beware #coverupyourdelicates 😂
