@Delta I have experienced the worst customer service ever in dealing with Delta which is quite a statement considering how much I travel & deal with cust ser on a daily basis in my job. I have spent over 20 hrs of my time trying to resolve issues involving flights Delta cancelled

@csreinicke @SBAgov Sole proprietors who followed the initial guidance and had a bank that was ready to take care of them are being penalized. They may have only received a loan for $5M and could have received $20M, but they are not eligible to receive the increase.
